(That Actually Works)
So, you’re ready to take control of your life and finally attract what you truly want. Maybe you’ve come across popular manifestation teachers like Joe Dispenza, Neville Goddard, Abraham Hicks, or Eckhart Tolle. Maybe you’ve tried different methods but still haven’t seen the results you’ve hoped for.
Here’s the truth:
There isn’t just one way to manifest.
You simply need to find the approach that resonates with you.
I’m going to share the method that worked for me.
So… What Is Manifestation, Really?
Manifestation is simply a sign of something existing or happening. Think of it like using a magic wand, you think of something, and then it appears in your life.
But here’s the catch: You’re already manifesting 24/7, whether you’re aware of it or not.
Every thought, emotion, or belief you project out into the world influences your reality. This happens whether you’re doing it intentionally or unconsciously.
So the real power comes from becoming intentional about what you’re creating.
It Starts With Your Intentions
Before I share the secret, it’s important to know you can manifest from two places. These places are your true self (your soul) or your false self (your ego).
- Manifesting from the ego (like wanting money to impress people or fill a void) usually leads to emptiness. —We will cover the ego in another blog post.
- Manifesting from your soul brings peace, joy, and deep fulfillment.
The desire is the same but the outcome will be different. It’s like wanting candy in the moment and eating it but feeling gross after versus eating fruits and feeling nourished and energized.
Ask yourself:
“Why do I really want this?”
For example, if you desire money—is it just for luxury and status?
Or is it to provide for your loved ones, have more freedom, and be able to enjoy life fully?
Your “why” is everything.
The 6 Steps to Manifestation (My Simplified Method)
1. Be Truly Present (This is the key to everything!!!)
Everything you want exists in the present moment. When you quiet your mind and are truly present, you appreciate everything in life. You stop thinking about the past or future. You realize you already have everything you need because it all exists right now. This is what some people call “living in the end.” To get all it is you want, you need to master and truly understand this step. Once you master this, you will see the truth for yourself. You will not need some random stranger on the internet or manifestation coaches to tell you what to do.
Presence creates abundance.
2. Decide It’s Already Done and Stay Positive
Once you fully decide that your desire is already yours, your reality begins to shift.
It might not show up instantly—but life will start rearranging through a “bridge of events” to lead you there. I found it helpful to stay positive with whatever appeared in my life. I didn’t know what it meant yet, but I tried to see the good in all things. This creates more abundance, more presence, and more gratitude,
3. Let Go of Attachment
Wanting something too badly creates lack. It means that you don’t think you already have it. But everything you have in the moment is already enough. To manifest it, you must detach from needing it.
Tip: If fear or doubt creeps in, recognize it’s your ego and not your true self. Recenter in the present. Return to trust, even if you have to do it a thousand times over. Recreate yourself in the present.
IMPORTANT: When you have fear or doubt, acknowledge your thought and let it go. Recognize that it is just your ego. It wants you to continue having your old life to stay safe and keep itself alive. You will not go with that story.
4. Take Aligned Action
When you’re truly present, life will guide you.
You’ll get little nudges—gut feelings, sparks of inspiration. Follow those.
These small actions create the path to your manifestation. You must take those opportunities and run with them. You can not expect to continue living the same life and get a different outcome.
5. Be of Service
The more your desires align with helping others or uplifting the world, the faster they come. Think about how your goals can help not just you—but the people around you.
6. Believe It’s Easy and Be Consistent
Manifestation isn’t hard unless you believe it is.
If you think it’s easy, it becomes easy.
The universe responds to your beliefs—always.
There are infinite possibilities available to you at every moment. As you move through life, you are unconsciously manifesting. Your body, thoughts, and emotions constantly align you to a specific timeline or outcome for your “next” present moment.
When your energy is scattered, it is full of doubt, fear, or unclear intentions. There’s no strong signal for the universe to respond to, and it’s constantly changing. Without consistency, there’s no momentum. And without momentum, there’s no shift.
That’s why you feel stuck. That’s why nothing seems to change.
Because there’s no clear frequency for the universe to match.
So be persistent, you got this!
Final Thoughts
You are always manifesting.
So why not do it consciously, from a place of peace and alignment?
Start with presence. Decide it’s done. Let go. Take aligned action. Serve others.
And most of all—Be Consistent.
You don’t have to hustle or force things into place. You just have to shift from fear to faith, from ego to soul.
