3. Hourglass Phantom Volumizing Glossy Lip Balm – I love this lip balm, it gives a high shine finish. The shades are so pretty, bright, and worth the hype. They offer a variety of colours depending on the look you are going for.
4. Tower 28 Beauty ShineOn Lip Jelly Non-Sticky Gloss: If you are looking for a lip gloss, you may want to try the Tower 28 gloss. It is super pigmented, shiny and not sticky at all.
